Returns & Exchanges

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unworn and returned in their original condition.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-eligible items:

• Sale items or items purchased with a promotional code → exchange or store credit only
• Personalized items → final sale.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Nes Montréal cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit.
